The hotel is in a great location just around the corner from the Ankeruhr Clock. The rooms have street views from the windows as expected in a city. We had two rooms, one double room, which whilst cosy had plenty of storage. The other room was a twin room that offered more floor space again with plenty of storage and a small table with a seating option. The twin room also had more floor space in the bathroom. The rooms do not have tea/coffee facilities. However, there is no shortage of places to get a coffee in this city😉 The hotel serves a lovely Vienniese breakfast, and hot options include scrambled eggs and sausage. There is a lovely selection of cereals, fruit, and yoghurts. If you can manage stairs, I recommend you take them back to your room at least once during your stay. The tile flooring and original features of this beautiful building are worth it. The main part of the hotel is very modern. There is a good choice of bars and restaurants sharing the street with the hotel. It is placed close to the area known as the "bermuda triangle" by locals as the side streets have multiple bars, including the Hard Rock cafe, which tourists after a few drinks can lose themselves in😀. The hotel has great air conditioning, so you can sleep comfortably with the windows closed if you are concerned about street noise, which is always the way in the city. We travelled as a family, our "children" are 22 & 21 years old😂 this hotel gave us all options to enjoy Vienna by day and night. The staff on reception are lovely, friendly, and helpful, always on hand, to answer your queries and point you in the right direction.

This has been one of the best hotels in Europe! The room is clean and spacey enough for everything, your luggage, your clothes and accessories - everything has a space to be stored for easy reach. The shower is very neat and exceptionally neat. Location is very comfortable in the Innerstadt. Everything in the tourist eye is within reach of a walking distance. Breakfast is a continental set, which has all types of foods one might need in the morning. The best part is the staff - 24/7 reception desk has the most caring and respectful men who are happy to help with any detail you asl.

First time coming to Vienna, and this was a really good place to stay at. The staff were very helpful in making my earlier check-in and check-out possible and sorted a small issue I had with the key card quickly. The hotel is a few steps away from subway/tram lines, and an airport shuttle bus stop, if you're travelling that way. Most of the major attractions like the St. Stephen's Cathedral, the National Opera House, Hofburg Palace, Museums Quarter are all within a very good walking distance as well.

Kay

location literally 2 walking minutes from the airport bus and 5 walking minutes from the U station and the center of vienna. Cleanliness. In general the staff are nice specially shahud and haidar at the reception were very welcoming with professional courtesy and hospitable conduct, but not all as i have had a negative experience with one of the receptionist. Breakfast is nice and suitable and the two ladies running the kitchen were very helpful with a smile on their face.

Excellent location. Short walk from airport bus stop and underground station. 10-15 minute walk to many of the city’s’ beautiful buildings, museums and shops. Some cafés and restaurants around hotel. Many others within a short distance. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Powerful shower. Good selection of food at breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
