Excellent location. Short walk from airport bus stop and underground station. 10-15 minute walk to many of the city’s’ beautiful buildings, museums and shops. Some cafés and restaurants around hotel. Many others within a short distance. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Powerful shower. Good selection of food at breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The location was pretty good. Not directly next to subway or tram or going-out locations, but everything within 5 minutes of walking distance. There is someone at the reception 24/7 and staff is extremely friendly. We got a very good price for 3 adults (1 room) with 3 individual beds, which is nowhere else to be found in Vienna's zone 1; most other hotels require 2 rooms or only offer a sofa bed.

The room was so clean and comfortable, room 332 was so quiet. Breakfast was outstanding, lots of options, fresh breads and pastries. Suprising amount of different teas available and coffee was good! Staff were so helpful on reception. The best part of this hotel is location, less than 5 minutes walk to underground and main centre. We couldn’t have got better for the reasonable price of around £100 a night for double room and breakfast included. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is optimal, just a few minutes walking to Stefan‘s dome surrounded with restaurants and shops within an easy reach. | Comfy bed - Finally a room with a healthy, hard(ish) mattress! 10 points dor that!!

Very good value for money. Location is very close to the city centre as well as city transport and airport transfer. The breakfast was good. Staff were very polite and present for 24 hours.

First time coming to Vienna, and this was a really good place to stay at. The staff were very helpful in making my earlier check-in and check-out possible and sorted a small issue I had with the key card quickly. The hotel is a few steps away from subway/tram lines, and an airport shuttle bus stop, if you're travelling that way. Most of the major attractions like the St. Stephen's Cathedral, the National Opera House, Hofburg Palace, Museums Quarter are all within a very good walking distance as well.

This has been one of the best hotels in Europe! The room is clean and spacey enough for everything, your luggage, your clothes and accessories - everything has a space to be stored for easy reach. The shower is very neat and exceptionally neat. Location is very comfortable in the Innerstadt. Everything in the tourist eye is within reach of a walking distance. Breakfast is a continental set, which has all types of foods one might need in the morning. The best part is the staff - 24/7 reception desk has the most caring and respectful men who are happy to help with any detail you asl.

Great location near center of Vienna. Most attractions are accessible on foot by walking of 15 - 20 min maximum. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Very good value for many. Next time would try to stay in this hotel again.
